This policy explains how Rinosis Software & Technology ("Rinosis", "we") processes your personal data when you visit www.rinosis.com, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and other applicable data protection laws.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Rinosis Software & Technology as the data controller. You can reach us at info@rinosis.com.
2. What data we process
- Contact form: full name, email address, (optional) phone number and your message.
- Email correspondence: emails you send to info@rinosis.com or destek@rinosis.com and their contents.
- Usage data (only with your consent): anonymised analytics such as pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, and approximate location (country/city level).
- Technical data: technical records needed to run the site (e.g. server logs, a session key).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiries, questions and support requests — necessity for entering into or performing a contract, and our legitimate interests.
- Keeping the site secure and working correctly, and preventing misuse — our legitimate interests.
- Understanding and improving how the site is used (analytics cookies) — your explicit consent. These cookies are only set if you choose "Allow" in the cookie banner.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it only as needed with the following service providers:
- Wix.com Ltd. — website hosting and storage of contact form messages.
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — business email (Google Workspace) and, if you consent, website analytics via Google Analytics.
These providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK (such as standard contracts) and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. How long we keep data
Contact and support requests are kept for a reasonable period after the request is resolved and in any case for the periods required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of the law, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; the date at the top shows the latest update.
